[RegCNET] Idate and end date?

Dear researcher,

For long simulation like 30 years, RegCM3 is usually  given one year as spin up time. So for ideal simulation of one month you may start 7 to 8 days before the starting date of your experiment and same days should be observed for end date of simulation. For your July simulation you may start from 23 June and end at 07 August.

Regards,

Mubashar

Dear All

For good simulation with RegCM, how many days before should my idate be with respect to my  real simulation date and how many days after should I end? What I am trying to ask is say for example, if I want to run RegCM for the month of July, when in June should I begin and when do I end?

Thank you all in advance.
