[RegCNET] Floating point exception when using the dust model

Hello Ashaf.

I did select the dust options. The floating point exception occurred when
the resolution was less than 45 km grid spacing -- no matter how small I
made the time step. (So errors at 30 and 40 km grid spacing).
Successful model run at DX = 45 or 50 km. I used Grell cumulus with
Kain-Fristch closure.
