[RegCNET] maximum time length to run

Hi Daniela,
In the grads control file for one of your files, find the line that says
'option big_endian' and try changing it to 'option little_endian'. If
this works, then running the following command in your output directory
will fix this for all of your grads control files:
sed -i 's/big_endian/little_endian/' ./*.ctl
Also, as far as I know, there is no maximum run time for the model.
