[RegCNET] Lap top run vs desk top run

Hi Endalkachew,
I have once run the RegCM3 on my Toshiba satellite laptop with ifc compiler
and also the same run over desktop machine of all most same configuration
(both are 32 bit). But I have not seen any big difference between both
results specially for precipitation.
By using two different machines with the same configuration of model you can
see the difference in simulation time but not in results. Results should be
almost same.
You said that you have seen the rainfall about TWICE of the PC run, which is
confusing. Can you check the configuration again.
cheers
Siraj
