Hi Elham !
For your first question, it seems to me that you did not link the proper files. Open your regcm.x, link the ICBC files to the fort.10* files (fort.101 for the first ICBC file, fort.102 for the 2nd one and so on..........;according to the period of integretation) and re-run. You can as well copy regcm.x from Commons directory (It should be already prepared if you just ran icbc) and proceed.

i face two problem in regcm run
1 )sometimes in regcm.x run step ,it is stop and there
is a messegae

time step = 180.00 seconds
dx = 60000. meters
grid points (x,y) = ( 51, 34)
number of levels = 18
constant hor. diff. coef. = 0.30000E+05 m*m/s
maximum hor. diff. coef. = 0.31250E+06 m*m/s
PGFIO-F-209/OPEN/unit=101/'OLD' specified for file
which does not exist.
File name = fort.101
In source file init.f, at line number 89
2) SIGMAto.f program in which step must be run?
please guide me.
