Dear RegCM users,
i am trying to run RegCM model with aerosols, and i choose AER11D0 as my option . i did this In Main sub-directory set (ntr = 6) in parame and do our make clean and make. In your RegCM path create another sub directory ( for example run_test) and make the following link :
ln -sf ../Commons/regcm.in_6aerosol regcm.in
ln -sf ../Input/AERO.dat AERO.dat
ln -sf ../Input/DOMAIN.INFO fort.10
but still model is not running. model shows this message in end after executing
../regcm.x command
cheke.o vcheki.o vchekt.o vcover.o vecbats.o vmodes.o vmultm.o vnorml.o vorder.o vprntm.o vprntv.o vtlaps.o water.o wheneq.o whenfgt.o whenflt.o whenne.o zengocndrv.o zengocn.o zenith.o zenitm.o
ln: cannot create fort.10: File exists
