[RegCNET] using sub BATS

Hi RegCMer's,

I'm looking to run sub-BATS at 2min (~4km) and RegCM at 30 km.  I'm  
wondering how I need to go about doing this.  I've set ntypec_s equal  
to 2 and ntypec at 10min in domain.param.  Ive also made sure in  
regcm.in that ifsub is set to true.  However, when I run the model  
(after running terrain with these values), I am not getting any sub- 
BATS output.  Any ideas what I'm missing or doing incorrectly?  Thanks.
