[RegCNET] model crashes for iboudy 3

Dear RegCM users,
I am using RegCM3 on PC linux. My model crashes when
using 'iboudy = 3' in regcm.in

iboudy  =   5 works pretty well. Can anybody tell me
what could be wrong? I cant sort this out. That is why
i wrote all the contents.
