[RegCNET] land use change: Should I change TEXTURE?

Hi, Costas:

In the present version, soil texture is only useful if you run
the dust experiment (dust emission calculation need soil texture).

If you just run LANDUSE change experiment, it's not necessary
to take care of TEXTURE fields.

The legend of soil texture is :

2. Loamy Sand
3. Sandy Loam
4. Silt Loam
5. Silt
6. Loam
7. Sandy Clay Loam
8, Silty Clay Loam
9. Clay Loam
10. Sandy Clay
11. Silty Clay
