Hi,  Dr Bi :

      First, thanks you very much for giving me answers of problem -- "ask for help for Aerosol problem !!". Now I want to make some experiments as follow, but I don't know whether the parameters are right. So I expect to get your helps.

    (1) In 'domain.param',  set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER01D0'
                                    or set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER10D0'
                                    or set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER11D0'
         In 'regcm.in', set parameters as follow:
                              ichem     =  1
                              idirect     =  2
                            ( idirect = 1 for direct radiative effect of aerosols, right ??)
                              chtrname=  'SO2', 'SO4',
                              chtrsol    =  0.20, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00300, 0.00200, 0.00800, 0.00200,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
                         or
                              idirect     =  2
                              chtrname=  'BC_HB', 'BC_HL',
                              chtrsol    =  0.05, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00250,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
                         or
                              idirect     =   2
                              chtrname=  'OC_HB', 'OC_HL',
                              chtrsol    =  0.05, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00250,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
          In 'parame', set parameters as follow:
                              ntr     =   2
                              nbin  =   1

    (2) In 'domain.param',  set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER01D1'
                                    or set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER10D1'
                                    or set 'AERTYP'  =  'AER11D1'
         In 'regcm.in', set parameters as follow:
                              ichem     =  1
                              idirect     =  2
                            ( idirect = 1 for direct radiative effect of aerosols, right ??)
                              chtrname=  'SO2', 'SO4',
                              chtrsol    =  0.20, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00300, 0.00200, 0.00800, 0.00200,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
                         or
                              idirect     =  2
                              chtrname=  'BC_HB', 'BC_HL',
                              chtrsol    =  0.05, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00250,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
                         or
                              idirect     =   2
                              chtrname=  'OC_HB', 'OC_HL',
                              chtrsol    =  0.05, 0.80,
                              chtrdpv   =  0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00025, 0.00250,
                              dustbsiz  =  0.01, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 1.00, 2.50, 5.00, 20.00
          In 'parame', set parameters as follow:
                              ntr     =   2
                              nbin  =   4

      Are the above parameters set correctly ? And are there other parameters which should be changed ?

     Thanks you very much in advance.

                           Yours sincerely,   ljy_926
