It seems the IFC10 is incompatible with netcdf library we provided.
I guess that you need install the NetCDF library by yourself.

There is an error here, clat=  -17.50000, doesn't work
with TRUELATL (30.) and TRUELATH (60.) in your domain.param
file.

Maybe you can try NORMER,

Or if you insist use LAMCON, then set TRUELATL=-5 and
TRUELATH = -30.
