[RegCNET] regarding 6 hourly data files

Hi Mishra
RegCM has a postproc code. You can use it to postproc your monthly files
containing six hourly data and get a single file containing daily averaged
values. Similarly you can postproc on monthly basis. It all depends on your
requirement.
