Hi, Mirek:

The way to treat this kind of computational instability is
to reduce the timestep (dt in regcm.in).

During simulation the number of cells with convection varies between day and night and everything looks ok, but after simulation ouput files contains no data. In most cases grads reports constant field=0 or NaN to NaN variability. Could anyone advice me what I am doing wrong?
