[RegCNET] a simulation about marsh area

You need more information before you can understand what's going on in
your simulation. The variable names in parentheses are for postproc'ed
data read in Ferret. What does you energy budget look like? Does your
net shortwave absorbed increase (swn)? How long are you running the
model? How big is the domain? Look at the latent heat (et), sensible
heat (sh), and net longwave (lwn). After that look into the water
budget: precip (RT), evap (et), and runoff (rnfs). All of these should
give you a clear picture of why you are seeing increased temperatures in
the model.
