Hi,
I would like to know the unit of the parameter 'aext8' (aerosol extinction
coefficient) in RegCM chemistry output files. Is it (m-1) or (km-1) ? What
is the wavelength at which 'aext8' has been calculated? Is it possible to
get aerosol optical depth (AOD) by integrating 'aext8' over different levels
in the atmosphere. Is it possible to derive AOD at more than one wavelength
from the RegCM output.
Thanks,
Dilip.
