[RegCNET] dust model implementation

Hi Marc,
   How many tracer in your simulation?  Go to main and open  (parame) 
and adjust the following:

     parameter(ntr  =4)
     parameter(nbin =4)
     If you are using only dust as tracer, otherwise you should set ( 
ntr ) to the total number of tracer
