[RegCNET] Postprocessing: Value out of range

Hi J,

Yes changing min and max in psotproc.f would solve the problem (in you case-> 
minimum value), however, the minimum value in your data seems to be 
unrealistic. You may want to check the SRF files in grads before using postproc.
