Did you use the above script ? Based on my knowledge, it's totally
wrong.

The right one should be

'define 00RF=ave(tpr,t=1,t=120,4)'
'define 06RF=ave(tpr,t=2,t=120,4)'
'define 12RF=ave(tpr,t=3,t=120,4)'
'define 18RF=ave(tpr,t=4,t=120,4)'
