[RegCNET] problems with postproc

Hi All,

I am not sure which version of postproc.f is available in regcm.tar.gz right
now. This problem had been fixed erarlier. You need to define n2d and n3d in
the subroutine which gives this error explicitly. If you are not able to do so
send the postproc.f n I will fix it.
I was able to fix some other issues in postproc after many regcm users reported
over the period of last six months. Unfortunately, most of them were sorted out
in personal communication and I was not able to send the fixed code to Bi.
Hopefully, I will try to put the things together soon.

Thanks for bearing with my unusual slow responses in recent past about postproc.
