[RegCNET] ERA40 data

Hey RegCMer's
It seems that some of the ERA40 data (for 1998) isnt available on the  
site (it downloads as a 0 byte file, or wont DL at all)  I was  
wondering if anyone had a tar file of ERA data or knew of somewhere I  
could get this data.  Thanks in advance!
