[RegCNET] NEED HELP FOR RegCM3 PRACTICE RUN

Dear Sir/Madam

 We have installed latest version of RegCM successfully. During practice
run, we  followed the following steps successfully

-> cd RegCM/PreProc/DATA

./datalinker.x

->  cd  RegCM/PreProc/Terrain

-> cp Makefile_PGI5 Makefile

then we executed terrain.x file by giving the command-> ./terrain.x

But, during execution, it is giving the following error message and also it
is creating blank file 'DOMAIN.CTL'---

4810 IN SUBROUTINE RDLDTR
