[RegCNET] Problem at ICBI

Dear Maryam,

Are you certain that HT_SRF in ../DATA/FVGCM is properly linked to a
fvGCM data-file?

I ask because I get a similar error when I link ../DATA/FVGCM/HT_SRF to
a non-existent file. The program raises an error about reading the first
record in HT_SRF but does not complain that HT_SRF does not exist; this
indicates that ../DATA/FVGCM/HT_SRF either holds invalid data or no data
at all. This might mean that .../RegCM/PreProc/DATA/datalinker.x is not
setup properly in your directory, and that HT_SRF points to a
non-existent file.

I would open datalinker.x and verify the line that links your fvGCM data
to the ../DATA/FVGCM directory.

Good Luck.

Sincerely,
Travis O'Brien
