[RegCNET] postprocessing

HI, 

As I told you eralier that the error messages are from pgi compiler not from 
postproc so I do not have anything more to add. Anyway, you may send me your 
postproc.x, Makefile and the old postproc.f which you are trying to compile. 
You may have some thing wrong in the postproc.x or Makefile. MOreover, there 
is no need to cc to regcnet for this probelm. Send email directly to me from 
now on.
