Please try to read the codes and get the calling tree by yourself,
It would be very helpful if you want to learn well ReGCM3.

For the above questions, I would suggest that you try to find the
answers from NCAR CCM3.6.6 (or CRM, column radiation model) codes and 
documents by yourself.
