[RegCNET] problem with running RegCM3 driven by EH5OM data

Hi, Simon:

The EH5OM interface in the new version is about the same as the
one in SAsia.tar.gz, except the dataset required for SST_EH5OM.f
is a little bit different.

By the way, it would be better if we limit the discussion between
you and me.
