Dear Svetlana,

As I mentioned in my previous email, my hunch is that you are missing 
the ICBC files for the second month, or you did not link the ICBC 
files.  Can you go in the run directory and type 'ls -l' and show me 
what is display?  Can you do the same for your input directory?
