[RegCNET] Vint function in grads

Dear KONARE
You open netCDF formated files using "sdfopen ATM.??????.ctl"
You have to call both files (ATM.?? and CHE.??)
Then define your parameters (say ver1 and ver2) from first file and second 
file. Of course you have to use ver1=parameter.1 and ver2=parameter.2 for 
the use of first and second GrADS control files respectively.  Finally 
display required parameter by "d parameter".
