[RegCNET] RegCNET 2006 workshop

following a few enquiries, I wanted to confirm that you can now access the 
application form for the May 29 - June 9 2006 regCNET workshop from the 
ICTP web page. From the ICTP page go to the "Activities" site and then to 
the workshop site. Deadline for application is March 10, so if you are 
interested make sure to apply in time.
