[RegCNET] "forrtl: severe (64): input conversion error" while running postproc.x

Kindly refer to my email with attachments a week ago on regcnet. You need to 
copy user.in in your the directory where you run postproc.x. Also, use the 
postproc.f, postproc1.param and postproc.in attached in that email. If you 
find any further problem, you may write me directly and may not cc to regcnet.
