[RegCNET] CFL VIOLATION

Hi All
I intend to simulate the precipitation, with RegCM3
version released in Feb.'2005, using Emanule Scheme.
For this purpose, I took 'icup=4' in the file
'regcm.in'. When I run the model it starts working but
with following message for some time steps;
