[RegCNET]Solar heating problem

Dear Jeremy,
     I checked the model outputs (by fortran codes written by myself)found 
that solar heating rates are correct in the model. Which means the 
postprocess program has a problem when dealing with RADIATION part. The 
verticle levels are upside down. Hope you can  fix it as soon as possible.   
     The version I used is the newest one.
