[RegCNET] CRU Data

hello to all users
can some one send me the Cru data in Zip and tar formatt as i have to format my computer for new installation and lost the cd of it. iam trying to download it from http://www.ictp.trieste.it/~pubregcm/RegCM3/globedat.htm but its not downloading it, also if some one can provide me ERA 40 data also as i am unable to download it becuse it gives massage for to many fields.
