Hi Yasemin,
You can use some very nice code that Jason Bell wrote up to convert
DOMAIN.INFO into a NetCDF file (see attached). If I remember correctly,
simply run make and then dom2nc. Jason correct me if I am wrong. You
may need to customize slightly the makefile for your compiler and
DOMAIN.INFO location.
Alternatively you can have Ferret directly read in the DOMAIN.INFO file,
as ferret can read most data formats. You can simply run termap.jnl
(also see attached). Untar the attached file in RegCM/Commons and then
add RegCM/Ferret/go to $FERGO and RegCM/Ferret/ppl to $FER_PALETTE.
Then run termap in Ferret. Note that there are three optional
arguments. In ferret, type go/help termap to learn more about them.
