Have you tried one file resetSST.f ?
If I understand your points correctly, there are two ways to solve
your problem.
1. instead of run icbc.x, you prepare ICBC files step by step:
make clean
make SST
Now you get the file SST.RCM, then you use resetSST.f to do
SST adjustments, then copy newSST.RCM to SST.RCM
2. You could also do it in the bdyin.f file under Main directory,
in the end of bdyin.f do-loop 50, you could do the SST adjustments.
