[RegCNET] from Sigma to pressure coordinate within Netcdf inPostproc

I have two suggestions:

1) Use ferret to view these netcdf files. I hope you already know that how
easy is to convert sigma levals in pressure level while dowing analysis in
Ferret.

2) I can try sending you for the moment a temporary code which will convert
the Grads format output from Postproc in pressure level. Anyway, the above
mentioned first option will save your and my time.

I have been re-writing Postproc and hope to send it to ICTP RegCM3 team in
near future. It will have pressure level output option, calculation of some
new variables, vis5D format output with mercator and rotated mercator
support, choice for postprocerssed output variables to save in output file
and few other things.

Best,
MOet
