Apartment available from April 3

I am moving out of my apartment in the city center on April 1, and I’m 
looking for someone to replace me.

The apartment is located across from Buffet Clai between the Ospedale 
Maggiore and Piazza Garibaldi in the city center.

There are two people besides me living in the apartment currently.

It’s a clean, comfortable and modern apartment.
