SISSA Summer party 2022 - ICTP invitations

Dear all,

it's finally time to sign up for the SISSA Party! The Party will take 
place on Friday the 8th of July, starting at 20.00 and ending around 
1.00, in the SISSA Amphitheater. We will have live music, DJ sets, and 
free drinks!

Everyone from ICTP is also invited. Please follow the instructions below 
to register.

Registration is online, and you have time until Wednesday the 3rd of 
July to sign up.

*REGISTRATION RULES:*

1. Read the letter of waiver here attached, print it, sign it, and scan 
it. Please name the new file "waiver_yourname".

2. Subscribe to SISSA Club. First, wire (bonifico) 10€ to the following 
IBAN: IT51X0501802200000011687159, beneficiary: SISSA Club. It doesn't 
matter which account you use for the payment, just be sure to add as the 
reason for the payment (causale) your name and nothing else. Download 
the proof of payment document and save it as "payment_yourname". Read, 
print, sign, and scan the SISSA Club subscription form attached to this 
email (check the option "10€"). Please name the new file 
"SISSAclub_yourname". You don't need to write anything on "Signature of 
a member of the SISSA Club Directive Board".

3. Scan your ID card (or your passport or permit of stay), and save the 
file as "ID_yourname".

4. Send *one email* to sissaparty at sissa.it <mailto:sissaparty at sissa.it> 
with the subject "your name" and attach: *a.* your waiver, *b.* your 
SISSA Club form, *c.* your ID, and *f.* your proof of payment for the 
10€ to the SISSA Club. Your email should have a total of four attachments.

example: your name is Laura Palmer. You should send an email with the 
subject "Laura Palmer" containing 4 documents: a. SISSAclub_LauraPalmer, 
b. waiver_LauraPalmer, c. ID_AudreyHorne and d. payment_AudreyHorne.

Please do not send the email until you have all the documents. *You will 
not be signed up until we receive every document.*

*If you have a question*, please email with the subject "Question". This 
will help us keep the mailbox organized.

Also, if you have any notes please write them in English.

Remember that*the deadline to sign up is Wednesday the 3rd of July*! 
Places are limited and will be assigned on a first-come (with all the 
documents) first-served basis.
