tour to explore spectacular Monte Gaia, in Gropada where hikers will 
explore Carso and its many natural beauties.

On *Sunday, February 27th* from Sgonico to the "Grotta dell'Orso" (the 
bear den)

An easy hike wandering through forests and meadows. Included in the hike 
is a visit to a bear den/cave where prehistoric remains of early men and 
bears had been discovered.

Meeting point: Municipal square in Sgonico at 09:10am (Bus 42 to 
Prosecco and bus 46 to Sgonico)
