Curiosi di Natura - New excursion on Sunday June 13th 2021 - San Martino del Carso

Since last week the trip has been cancelled due to the bad weather 
conditions, on *Sunday June 13th*,  Curiosi di Natura is offering again 
a guided excursion at *SAN MARTINO DEL CARSO (Sagrado, GO).*

On the Carso plateau around the village well-known by Ungaretti's poem, 
across woods and meadows, to see the spring blossoms and sites of the 
World War I, trenches and memorials, including a monument to Filippo 
Corridoni.

With live readings.

Meeting point: Piazza della Fontana, San Martino del Carso (Sagrado, 
Gorizia) at 9.10am (not reachable by public transport).

Easy 6 Km itinerary along mainly flat paths, suitable for all ages and 
fitness level.

Long trousers and closed shoes with treaded soles recommended.
