Apartment to rent near Ospedale Maggiore

I am leaving my apartment at the beginning of May (around 8th). I am 
looking for someone who would be interested to rent it after me. It's a 
2 room (bedroom and living room) apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, 
near Ospedale Maggiore. The heating is by gas. I pay a rent of 540€ with 
water and condominium fees included.
