informs the public that **AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO A VIRTUAL 
VOTING ASSISTANCE EVENT on ZOOM. *The event is open to all U.S. citizens 
in Italy - please help spread the word with others who may be interested.

*EVENT:*  The *U.S. Consulate General in Milan*, in conjunction with the 
*Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP <https://www.fvap.gov/>)*, is 
hosting a virtual voting assistance event for U.S. citizens in Italy. 
They will provide information on the absentee voting process and other 
consular services and answer some frequently asked questions:

·         How do I register to vote overseas?

·         How do I send my completed ballot back to the United States?

·         Are absentee ballots actually counted?

·         How early does my ballot need to arrive?

·         How do I renew a U.S. passport?

*FREE Mailing of ABSENTEE VOTING ENVELOPES*
The Absentee Voting Envelopes can be left in the Absentee Ballot Drop 
Off Box at the American Corner Trieste, Piazza Sant'Antonio Nuovo, 6 - 
Trieste.  The envelopes are sent to the US CONSULATE MILAN each Monday 
(5/10, 12/10, 19/10, 26/10)  and then added to the Diplomatic Pouch 
going to the US each day.
