*From Duino to the Mithraeum and Rilke Trail* on SUNDAY 13th from 9:30 
to 12:30

A walk led by a nature guide and a tour guide up to the Cave of the 
Mithraeum, with its temple devoted to the god Mithras, a cult that 
originated in Asia Minor and spread across the Roman Empire.

Return to Duino for a walk along the suggestive Rilke Trail.

Easy 5 km walk in the shade, suitable for all ages and all fitness level.

Possibility of tasting local wine and food. On signing up for the 
excursion, each participant will receive a 10% discount coupon valid for 
two persons at "Sapori del Carso" eateries.
