Student looking for accommodation in Lausanne

Does anybody know a good family/organization that rents decent and 
fair-priced rooms to students in Lausanne, Switzerland as  Claudia, an 
Engineer student from Trieste, has been granted an Erasmus year at the 
Poliytechnic school there, from 15th August 2013 to 15 July 2014.

  It appears that there are queues of people searching for accommodation 
and she is quite concerned as she has not found anything as yet.
