The International Welcome Club of Trieste Region (IWCTR) is an 
English-speaking, self governing, non-profit and non-political 
organization with members from many different countries.

The founders of IWCTR are themselves foreigners who came to Trieste due 
to professional and family commitments. All of them found themselves 
living in a city with lots to offer but no organized structure to ease 
there transition into Triestine/Italian life.

IWCTR aims to provide foreigners coming to this area with support to 
ease such a transition and to promote intercultural exchanges within the 
local community. IWCTR today offers a wide range of activities and sends 
to its members a monthly newsletter. Information can be found on

When foreign newcomers come to ICTP, you are invited to inform them 
about the IWCTR.
