AIR SECTOR STRIKES

We would like to update you about the air sector strikes planned for the

next few days, since some changes have been planned.

In particular:

- a 24-hours strike has been called for Meridiana Group staff for
Friday, 6th December. It may cause some delays and cancellations;
Palermo Airport is excluded.

 

We also report that:

- Portuguese pilots for EasyJet intend to stage five full-day strikes
for 13, 24, 26, 31 December and 1st January. Although the airline will
likely attempt to backfill for striking staff, flight cancellations and
delays are highly likely.

- a 24-hours strike of Sea and Sea Handling personnel of Milano Malpensa
and Linate Airpotrs has been called for 16th December.

- for 16th December it has been called a 4-hours strike of local
transport workers, with different local executions.
