Room for rent:
In via Ginnastica 23, 8 minutes walk from Piazza Oberdan (close to Viale
XX Settembre, piazza Goldoni and Ospedale Maggiore). It has two big
bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room, store room and an inner terrace.
One of the rooms is immediately available.

The cost is 290 euro/month, plus the expenses (water, electricity, gas).
There is also wireless internet. In addition, in case of long-term
staying, one additional month
is required as deposit (the "caparra"). The apartment is to be share with
another Ictp student (male).

The room can be turned into double room too, but preference is for single
use. Also long-term staying is preferred. Feel free to ask for more
info/propose deals.
