Request for where to get MONOPATINO or FOOT STRAP for kid of 5yrs

Dear Sir/Madam
                        I am looking for shop and address where to get
MONOPATINO or FOOT STRAP(Which helps kid to roll along with wheels below
a plate and handle to hold) for kid of 5yrs.
                          I will be glad if anyone lent it for one
weekend to visit Venice with my kid as it will be easy for him to skip
walking.
