looking for accommodation

We are urgently looking for an apartment
for a chinese researcher and his wife,
starting from September 2010 for three years,
with these requirements:
- fully furnished if possible
- the bedroom must measure at least 14 square meters
- preferably near the Observatory (via Tiepolo 11)
   or easily accessible by bus,
