Apartment / Rooms to share in the apartment available immediately

Dear All,

This is to announce the availability of an apartment or rooms that can 
be shared in the apartment, in Via Della Galleria, 13, Trieste. The 
place is available immediately. The apartment is in the third floor of 
the building, with a garden that is accessible through a walk way. The 
apartment is located in a very quiet street, behind San Giusto, and is 
close to the city center and main shopping zones.

Connections: 5 mins walking distance from Piazza Unita / Rive, 10 mins 
by walk to Piazza Goldoni). Accessible with bus line 24 (10 mins from 
the station) or with line's 15 or 16 (10 mins from Piazza Oberdan, 5 
mins from Piazza Goldoni), 5 mins by bus to Commercial Center "Torri 
D'Europa" (bus line 29), and accessible till midnight with line D.

There are 3 rooms (can be used as 3 bed rooms or as the occupant 
(occupant's) wants or can be shared between 3 people as well), 1 big 
living room with attached kitchen (separated by a long closet), 1 big 
bathroom with a bath tub, a long corridor, a separate store room. In the 
main corridor, there is a big closet for cloth' and other things. Each 
of the 3 rooms has a bed with mattress, with closet'. There is also a 
table / desk / chair in each room (of varying designs, but with the same 
purpose).

The house is fully furnished - has a television, a washing machine, 
complete cooking facility and kitchen equipments, refrigerator, 
microwave, oven and many closet' all around. Living room has two big 
couches, and a dining table that can seat 6 comfortably. Telephone is 
available and a new connection with internet can be obtained easily if 
the occupant wants (otherwise I recommend use of an Internet Key for 
internet access). There is a water heater and heating for the home.

Rent: 480 euro / month. Utility bills are separate - Gas, Water, 
Electricity - approx. 60 - 75 euro / month, sometimes even less.

As mentioned before, the apartment is available immediately. Anyone

PS., If shared between 3 people, with one room for each, the rent is 
divided equally - which is how this apartment has been used for many 
years now, and it is noteworthy that the occupants of this apartment 
have been students from SISSA / ICTP / University of Trieste, for many 
years now. Of course, it is perfect for a family too.
