Roiano, Via dei Giacinti (2 minutes walk from bus 36, 6, 8, and others).

The flat is shared with two SISSA PhD students and it is fully  
furnished and with all comforts (microwave, washing-machine, TV, ADSL).

There are 3 single rooms, two sitting rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.  
The apartment is very luminous and with a nice view (it is 10th floor,  
with two elevators).

The rent is 294 euros a month. The room is available in July and  
August, for shorter period the rent will be scaled.
